Welcome to the WA Branch of the Order of Australia Association

Our purpose is to:

• Foster pride in Australian citizenship
• Raise community awareness within Western Australia of the significance of the Order
• Encourage and facilitate the nomination of worthy citizens for awards
• Provide opportunities for fellowship between members of the Order

Our key social activities each year focus on a number of events that recognise achievement, promote citizenship and provide opportunities for fellowship.  Annual events include:

• A Gala Annual Dinner Dance
• An ecumenical church service
• Receptions for those West Australians recognised in the Australia Day and Queen’s Birthday Honours Lists

WA Branch has introduced an Affiliates program.  It is open to partners of financial members of the Branch and to holders of other Australian Honours.  Details of eligibility are included in the attached application form  - Affiliates Form
